I am a mechanic and diagnosed the car myself and found that the immobilizer was bad, I bought an immobilizer for it and then found out that Chrysler will not let you reprogram an old immobilizer and that they don’t even produce new ones anymore. I was then referred by someone to Auto PHD, I removed the ECM and gave it to them, they flashed it and completely erased the anti theft module for me, the car now runs with no issues, Auto PHD has a great team and skill set! After dealership didn’t take responsibility for their mistake I went and researched for independent car repair shop and I found Auto Phd, I already recommended them to my family member
Alex and team are amazing. Helped me with complex problems on my X3 that others couldn't. They thoroughly explain the problem and the plan before sending the invoice for the work. No hidden or add-on costs. Have been a returning customer since then; although I live in Westchester, I work close by the shop. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend this auto shop. Victor was very knowledgeable and patient with me when explaining the reason my Audi A6’s electrical system was malfunctioning. They took their time in test driving making sure my car was working properly after they did the repair. They resolved the electrical issue in a week and a half that Biener Audi couldn’t fix in 2 months.
Excellent work. Efficient, honest, and well done! It was my first time and I’m very satisfied with all the repairs. The car now runs better than it has in months!
